I liked having breakfast in the restaurant. I booked a room with a great bed, a minibar, central heating, and tea and coffee making equipment. Its location was beautiful and magnificent, in an area of attractive countryside.  

Gorgeous and fascinating place with exceptionally nice staff and amazing location in an area of attractive countryside. Pretty building and rooms with a fan etc.

Very well decorated and well-appointed rooms with large comfortable bed, bathroom and selection of original art on the walls and helpful staff.

Quaint, pet-friendly property. Easygoing staff onsite. Well-equipped room, shower facilities and a hair dryer in the room. Plenty of options, fab food.

I liked 2 nights there. The breakfast was savoury, the staff was knowledgeable, the grounds were clean. The king room was well maintained and high-class.

Homey and spotless accommodation with quiet location very close to Herefordshire, restaurant had a private party and the very impressive castle. Airy & decent sized rooms with a large comfortable bed as well as access to the bedrooms. 

The room is good standard and decent sized with amazing views to the castle. Glad to have an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and central heating.

Rooms are a nice size with a large comfortable bed and all the essentials required, food is good.

Wonderful room with good rural views, a fan plus a proper comfortable double bed.

Friendly efficient, wonderfully helpful staff towards all guests. Top quality room with stunning views to the castle and convenient decor.

Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Ross-on-Wye. It was clean and quaint place, well-equipped rooms. The staff were easygoing, efficient services. The location was lovely for first time visitors 

The breakfasts were tasty and plentiful with wine with followed by coffee, homemade jams, very good coffee.

The room was well heated and looked nicely decorated. The bed was good, used an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar and central heating. The staff were very pleasant and helped with free parking.

The location is central.

The breakfast was savoury and gorgeous and we greatly enjoyed the restaurant where it was served. Had stunning and excellent location in a picturesque area.
